We started off cooking for friends and family in our backyard. Everyone loved it! So we thought, “Why not share it with everyone else?”
Our goal is to provide the best BBQ in town with prices that are affordable.

About Dan Yossarian
Family Man. Grill Master.
Dan Yossarian is from Sevier County – a true local. He lives here, works here, and raises his children here. He loves the mountains and especially loves fishing in the local lakes and rivers. A father of three and husband of Leslie, Dan understands the importance of a healthy community and gives back through different charity events. He also understands the concept of hard work, providing for his family and making sure his children have the opportunities they need to succeed. Dan discovered a passion for cooking and smoking meats about 10 years ago and wanted to share his skills with others. His friends and family would tell you Dan’s cooking is some of the best you’ll ever have. He also has a great sense of humor, so don’t be surprised if he cracks a few jokes when you visit!
